[TYPO3-english] Multiple images in content elements after upgrade to 6.2

The queries took ages to execute, so I had to simplify them. I created 2
temporary tables for the 2 subselects (titled # Update "sys_file"   and  #
Update sys_file_reference ), and it worked out very quickly.
