[TYPO3-english] FElogin failed v.7.6

Hi,
I have installed new version 7.6 and imported all my data into it (fe_users, fe_groups).  But I have a problem with frontend login, no logs no errors, but user session is not created and system redirects the user again to login form.

I have configured following SYS properties:
'displayErrors' => '1',
'enable_DLOG' => true.

Anybody has some idea?
