[TYPO3-english] excludeUidList and CoolURI

Hello,

having just updated CoolURI in a 6.2.15 installation with five languages
to version 1.1.1, I came across the following bug: In the template there
is a TS line excluding a number of IDs from being included in the
general menu generation by

temp.topmenue.excludeUidList = 2,48,49,66,67,99

Some of these page IDs are later included in setting up another menu on
bottom of all pages:

Now, since updating CoolURI no longer handles these links, they do no
longer point to the respective pages, but only to the start page. 

In former versions, these links worked flawless, the (transcribed to
western script) subtitles appeared as file names with *.html added.
What's gone wrong?
