[TYPO3-english] random 503 errors

Hi list,

My site shows lots of 503 errors. It is random behaviour. A few clicks 
on links and site appears correctly, and then 503 errors.

I had TYPO3 version 6.2.9. I upgraded to 6.2.12 but with no full success.

My ISP has InnoDB disabled because of some CPanel issues. So Install 
Tool can't finish DB update process. But I don't think it was the reason 
of those 503 errors.

So I downgraded back to 6.2.9. 503 errors remain.

Anybody knows what is my problem?
Any suggestions appreciated.
