other than that I don't see any, but you cannot be sure until you test it.


There will not be any official support for PHP 5.6 on TYPO3 CMS 4.5.
PHP version requirement of TYPO3 CMS 4.5 is stated as 5.2.x-5.5.x and it 
receives security bugfixes and even that only until 2015-03 - which is 
one month from now!

So you should better upgrade your TYPO3 instances to TYPO3 CMS 6.2. PHP 
5.6 is not (yet, according to core team) officially supported for it, 
but the Travis tests are run on PHP 5.6 too and show no problems.
