[TYPO3-english] Emtpy T3X new extension package.

The version number looks a bit weird:  	3.53.3.1156

I'm not sure that causes the issue, but anywhere in TYPO3 version 
nummbers have three groups of digits. Perhaps try it with 3.53.3, or if 
it's the first version just: 1.0.0 ?
