[TYPO3-english] Use 6.x form in extension

Hi all,

is there a manual for the standard 6.x form? I'd like to use this form
in my extension, but there are some issues I'd need to resolve

1) Get paramters (extbase action, controller ...) are not preserved in
the action attribute of the form

2) I want to prefill one of the inputs with value from maybe
LOAD_REGISTER, basically I need to control it via TS.

I'm including the form using VHS:

<v:content.render pageUid="27" contentUids="{uid: 62}" render="1">
    </v:content.render>
