[TYPO3-english] mm_forum only display "New Topic" to admins

Hi everyone,

I have installed mm_forum in my website, and configured it correctly. However, only administrators can see the buttons to add new topics and make replies, which doesn't make sense, because all registered users should be able to create new topics. Does anybody knows why this is happening and if it is normal? 

In "board administration" all the categories were empty so they can be accessed to everyone. Also, i have more than 1 usergroup of users.

Anybody can give me a hand?
