[TYPO3-english] cpu usage high , database size too high

Hello Dmitry,

My email  was very unclear. TYPO3 version used is 4.5.29.
In table cache_pages is inserted a new line every 10 seconds., page_id with
many entries are page_id=1, which is homepage, also here I have installed
tt_news plugin .

Your TYPO3 version is years old. I afraid nobody remembers how it works :(
Also you wrote that a 'new line' is inserted every 10 seconds. What is that
'new line'? Where is it inserted to?
