Please have a look at this chapter in the doc, I explained how to solve
this problem:

Please note however that you may not be able to compile those plugins
and this should not be a real big deal. I used those plugins in the
Sphinx documentation to show how it works but I added an error detection
while compiling allowing you to compile the doc even if you don't have
those plugins, in such case, I detect it (using reStructuredText
condition statements) and I replace those calls with static screenshots
