[TYPO3-english] 1: Filesize (1.1 M) of file 'E:/MATAGALPA.pdf' exceeds limit (1.0 M). (tx_sgfilelist:468:file)

I want to upload big files but the message of the subject of this mail 
appears when I try it.

In local conf file , using install tool, I have set the parameter 
maxFileSize to 1024000
[BE][maxFileSize] = 1024000

In php.ini I have :
memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 20M

Anyone knows what's happening?
