It looks like you had two awstats extensions installed:

  * ics_awstats
  * ics_beuser_awstats

Probably you disinstalled only ics_awstats but not ics_beuser_awstats, 
which needs the previous one.
Edit localconf.php and remove any reference to ics_beuser_awstats.
