[TYPO3-english] Standard Element 'File Links' in ver 6.1.1

Hi,

I recently asked, how to make calls to files via Standard Element 'File Links' pop up in a separate browser window in TYPO3 ver 6.1.1. like it was possible in earlier versions. No one answered. I still would like to know. Setting the option 'Target' to '_blank' apparently does not work. Could I possible add some typoscript to the setup section of my template?
