[TYPO3-english] Page template selection TV-style without TV

Hi Joey,

I think TV is too big for one person. Maybe that was the reason why 
Tolleiv resigned. It would be great if it was taken over by community.

Myself, I don't even have time to maintain CoolUri as I'd like to :(
