[TYPO3-english] EM and checking differencies of files

And another odd feature of new EM, you can't import same version of 
extension, if there is only one version available. It seems the logic 
is, if there is no other versions, then we don't show you the import 
dialogue at all. One has to uninstall first and then import the 
extension again. Not very userfriendly I'm afraid.
