[TYPO3-english] sr_feuser_register Extension: Send more emails

If you just started, why did you install an old version? Version 3.0.1 
is the current version on TER.

I am not sure I understand the requirement well, but perhaps the options 
enableAdminReview and enableAdminNotifyOnAdminAccept will do that?
