[TYPO3-english] (TYPO3) Surf as official product?

In my opinion the TYPO3 Namespace should be open to the community. The
community forms the association, so everyone who decides to use the NS
for his own Products should do that. There are individuals out there
which kickstart a great product and gather a team around them
afterwards. The symfony project does this too for example.
Maybe it's enough to distinguish the official core products and the
community products by the author in the ext_emconf/composer file. An
alternative could be to use gpg/ssl keys to sign these files. Git
version tags could also be singed by that key. Everyone could prove the
source by checking the signature against the public key. This would also
improve the security of the TER if widely used.
Best regards,
Tom
