[TYPO3-english] error message with TV

Hi,

I installed typo3_src+dummy-4.7.2.zip on my server. And then installed TV,
did TO and DS, but when i tried to create "text" page content on my home
page, I got error message "Sorry, you didn't have proper permissions to
perform this change." You can take a look here:

So how to fix this? Thanks
