[TYPO3-english] error "Internal Server Error"

Hi,

I moved a typo3 site to the other site, I was trying to install it with
install tool, but got error message "Internal Server Error". You can take a
look here: http://chapel.gdirectjobs.com/typo3, but
http://chapel.gdirectjobs.com/test.php works fine.
Any idea about this?
