[TYPO3-english] Translating extensions

I asked Dominique 2 days ago to configure it as I tried to do so from
the web interface but it fails due to some web server permissions. I
could override this manually on the server but I prefer to ask him to
have a look, possibly fixing it for another time. If he does not have
time to handle this, I'll take care.
