If you upgrade to the latest realurl you have to update the database 
thoroughly. The easiest way is to go to the Install Tool, Database 
analyzer, COMPARE and perform the updates for the realurl tables 
*multiple* times until there are no updates for the realurl tables reported.

There are some changes with fields, indexes which can't be handled in 
one go by the install routines. But after a few times (with probably 
some errors) everything is updated correctly.
