[TYPO3-english] https via condition

Hi list,
i tried to realize to enforce https after fe users’ login from every site
via condition like
[usergroup=*]
page.config.baseURL = https://mydomain.com/
[else]
page.config.baseURL = http://mydomain.com/
[global]

but it seems like this is not the way. After logging in the url is still
unsecure. 
but basically login and ssl work. 
maybe someone could help me with this problem.
