You can have a look at TSOB in "Template" menu - there you'll see, how your 
plugin is defined.
Also for USER objects you should have:
$this->pi_checkCHash = true;
in your PHP code.

Hm... Can't say anything about this, sorry.  But why you don't set it, if 
you see, that it helps?
