update and then 'typo3_src+dummy-4.5.7' ?
in an update you just need to exchange typo3_src. 
any further replacements may break your installation.

on the other side:
an immediate update from 4.3 to 4.5 may break some update-wizard-routines.
I would update 4.3 to 4.4 to 4.5, each with full update-wizard, to get 
every (automatic) change done.
