[TYPO3-english] Very huge realurl Table

Hello everyone

In one of my TYPO3 Installations (V. 4.3.9, realurl 1.9.3)  had occurred the
following problem: the table tx_realurl_urlencodecache has grown enormously
(6.6 Millions rows (!))

I suspect the action of some kind of malicious robot... What¹s in your
opinion the best way to prove it (and avoid that kind of things  for the
future)?

Is it possible to truncate that table only, or is it best to truncate all
the realurl related tables, i.e.:

TRUNCATE `tx_realurl_chashcache` ;
TRUNCATE `tx_realurl_errorlog` ;
TRUNCATE `tx_realurl_pathcache` ;
TRUNCATE `tx_realurl_redirects` ;
TRUNCATE `tx_realurl_uniqalias` ;
TRUNCATE `tx_realurl_urldecodecache` ;
TRUNCATE `tx_realurl_urlencodecache` ;
