[TYPO3-english] Is it possible to run about 800 -1000 Low Traffic Websites in one TYPO3?

Hi

The question might be wrong: Is it possible ...? yes it is!

But what would be important to look at if you are running 1000 multilingual
Websites in a one Tree TYPO3. Some of those websites are some kind of Web
Name Cards (about 300)  and others contain extensions based on JQuery like
galleries and Accordion/Tabs etc. The system will run tt_news with comments
or switching to news2 or t3blog and DAM.

What would be performance killers and what would be good to achieve a good
performance.

The server itself has more than 20GB Ram and enough memory running a Debian
6 LAMP System

There will be about 2*1000 Domain records is this a problem?

The websites itself won't be high traffic sites.
