[TYPO3-english] Alert: TYPO3 download drastically declined

Hi List,
When I was trying to download TYPO3, no download occurred, but the showing
of 'connecting to ad.doubleclick.net'.
I checked the download statistics at:
http://sourceforge.net/project/stats/detail.php?group_id=20391&ugn=typo3&type=prdownload&mode=year&file_id=0
It shows that during July 2011, download was drastically declined and in
August 2011,  it come to zero.
Is anyone aware of it? The TYPO3 Community should take action immediately,
if the statistics is true.
