[TYPO3-english] DAM hook?

Hello,

Does someone know if there are hooks implemented in DAM, I couldn't find
any. I want to make it so that after editing a record when the Save button
is pressed to make some changes to the file, any ideas how I could do it
without hooks?

Thanks.

NB: I don't want to have a separate module to handle that.
