[TYPO3-english] rgslideshow - custom css not triggered by TS

Dear all,

I cannot get the following TS to trigger a change of css in rgslideshow:

plugin.tx_rgslideshow_pi1 {
  pathToCSS = EXT:rgslideshow/res/rgslideshowalt.css
}

Does anyone have an idea why this doesn't work?
