[TYPO3-english] Weirdest bug i've ever seen - Imagemagick not recognized when conecting to BE from a certain ISP

Same happens for me randomly with TYPO3 for a couple of years. I just set
the path once and ignore these warnings in the Install tool. If it works,
ignore them.
