Some lines down, it talks about how to register a csh file.
You can just create a copy of the original file and change it to your 
needs.
Then you only need to make sure that you override it at a later point 
than the original definition. So if you override cores owns csh, it 
should be enough to write it to typo3conf/extTables.php.
