Exactly, since TV doesn't support stuff like this

<div>&copy; ###MARKER_YEAR### by ###MARKER_COMPANY###</div>

you would have to go for a replacement of the complete content of the <div> and then use i.e. dataWrap to combine dynamic and static values again.
