[TYPO3-english] mbl_newsevent compatibility warning with tt_news

Hello everybody!

A little question about mbl_newsevent 2.0.1

The manual contains the following warning

"This extension is not entirely compatible with tt_news if you use
FlexForm to configure it. With this extension you have to use
TypoScript. It is only a small feature missing in tt_news. This is the
only thing blocking this extension from being 100% compatible. A request
was made years ago, and it was promised that it would be included. That
has not happened, so the mbl_newsevent is published in beta for the time
being."

 

As far as I remember this warning has been in manual since  a long time.
Is it still valid for tt_news ver. 3.0.1 ?
