[TYPO3-english] Old styled media content is not showing

Hi guys,

I've upgraded to 4.3.1 from 4.2.x and the old media content element is 
gone. I'd like it back. Since I'm using TV I've tried

templavoila.wizards.newContentElement.wizardItems.special.show = 
uploads,menu,html,div,multimedia

element multimedia IS defined in templavoila/ext_localconf.php

When I have a look at Info -> PageTS I see the value right, but when I 
go to new content wizard, there is no icon for multimedia.

Any ideas?
