[TYPO3-english] Feature request how to ad one?

Actually that has not been my experience. I am not able to write patches but have occasionally put in a feature request that I think would be useful. I have found the suggestions well received and often someone picks up the idea and writes a patch.

Of course, I am careful about the features requests I submit. I make sure they are few and are something I think others need as well. Also, I do not take it personally or worry about it if the suggestion is rejected, but I honestly don't remember that one ever has been. 

It is actually good for integrators and editors to feel free to suggest features even if they cannot write a patch. They use the features of TYPO3 consistently and often are the first to feel a need for a feature.
