[TYPO3-english] conditions mod.SHARED.colPos_list

Hi

Is there at the present yet a way to load a tsconfig (file) on a ts 
condition? Since 4.3.x conditions are allowed in tsconfig, but none via 
tsfe, so this is not possible in tsconfig :

[globalVar=TSFE:page|layout=2]
mod.SHARED.colPos_list = 0
[global]

I try to make this site with a minimal number of extensions. So no 
parser or TemplaVoila.

And I rather not use extensions like rlmp_tmplselector and 
stfl_tmpl2columns.
