[TYPO3-english] Use DAM categories for tt_news

Hi Joey,

I did test tagpack as a start for the entire endavour. But I didn't get 
it to function properly. Although I sure it was my fault and not that of 
tagpack.

In a reply to Dan Osipov in this thread I explain the solution I found 
and use for now.
