[TYPO3-english] no indexing after update

Hi,

We updated a server and the TYPO3 to 4.2.10 and after that it seems that 
one of the sites on that server is not indexing.

Install tool Database Analyzer/Compare gives over and over again:

Add tables
CREATE TABLE index_phash.....ENGINE=InnoDB;
CREATE TABLE index_fulltext.....ENGINE=InnoDB;

and so on but it doesn't add the tables. InnoDB is activated on the server.

DB check/Manage Reference Index update gives "Index Integrity was perfect!"

And in phpMyAdmin all the "cache.." tables are of type InnoDB (other are 
MyISAM) and have some stuff in them, but there are only two index 
tables: index_config and index_debug and they are empty and both type 
MyISAM.

I have dropped these tables manually and uninstalled and reinstalled 
indexed_search but no help.

Activating displayErrors is not helping, no error messages anywhere.

Any idea how to get those tables up and running?
