[TYPO3-english] tt_news how to clear template cache

I usally "clear all caches" within BE after making changes to tt_news 
templates. (Maybe it is enough jsut to "clear configuration cache", dunno)

Also, remember to clear the browser cache before checking output in 
frontend.

I never experienced any problems with the above approach.
