At the moment three guys from AOEMedia work on TV + Steffen Kamper. I hold the extension key and review patches.progres to ensure that nothing is changed radically in the process. Compatibility and smoothness of the transition is my main priority now.

Don't worry, the work is not stopped :) There are people interested in developing TV further :)
