Sorry, even if it's only an example it's correct like this:

[another condition]
lib.extMenu.10.1.ACT.stdWrap = some manipulator
lib.extMenu.10.1.CUR.stdWrap = another manipulator
[global]

lib.extMenu.10.1 could be a GMENU or TMENU or another kind of Menu.
