[TYPO3-english] problems inserting content elements

I have just noticed the same issue this morning on a newish 4.23 
installation, also running latest TV (1.3.7), + DAM 1.1.0

As Alessandro reports the error occurs only when a BE user attempts to 
insert a new content element on the page.  Rather than being taken directly 
to the new content element for editing, the user is returned to the page 
view and the error message is shown (and the new content element doesn't 
appear).  However, refreshing the page reveals that the content element 
*has* correctly been created and the BE user can then edit it and save 
content in it as normal.  So this is an annoying issue, but it can be worked 
around.

Backend users have the same permissions I always use for my sites (all of 
which are TV based - so permissions settings which normally work).

The errors my BE users see are similar:
