[TYPO3-english] direct mail sent but no subject or from name

Hi,
I have setup direct mail using templavoila page. Mails are sent and  
the body of the message comes through fine, but the email subject is  
blank and the from is just the email address, not the name I put in  
the DM Configuration.

I am using Typo3 4.2.3, DM 2.6.2, TV 1.3.7

Any ideas where I should look or how to solve this?
