[TYPO3-english] Typo 4.3 update: Drop REALURL fields?

Hello,

I installed the latest REALURL version and afterwards I updated my Typo 
from 4.2.9 to 4.3.

During the update procedure, the Database Analyzer asks:

 >Remove unused fields (rename with prefix)
(EXT) ALTER TABLE tx_realurl_pathcache CHANGE hash zzz_deleted_hash 
varchar(10) NOT NULL default '';

 > Drop fields (really!)
ALTER TABLE tx_realurl_chashcache DROP KEY tablename;

since the checkboxes are not enabled by default' I'm not sure what to 
do? Leave the fields, delete them?
