[TYPO3-english] RealURL urls work, but links are not rewritten

I've somehow broken realurl on *one domain* in a TYPO3 4.3/RealURL
1.7.0 installation. It's obviously some misconfiguration (or extension
conflict) since realurl works exactly as it should in other domains in
the same install.

The symptoms:

* Any realurl url generated before this problem began still works
(it's still in realurl's cache, presumably), but
* NONE of the links on the site have any form other than
http://example.com/index.php?id=346

Again, all the required components work on other domains in the same
install, and this install was working until I upgraded the site to one
of the 4.3 beta versions (but nothing is different with the site in
4.3 final). The problem site's TS settings are correct and identical
to those in the working domains.

Anybody seen this before?
