[TYPO3-english] Why there is not an " official " online Forum for TYPO3 ?

I'm aware of the package as I've used it at the beginning. But I had to search for it. It's not part of TYPO3 itself. I mean, as I newbie when I dl TYPO3, I install it and I get... not a website. That's hard.

I wasn't aware of the plan to produce a general package based on modern extensions. That's cool.
