[TYPO3] Typo3 listserv complaints

I may be missing a few things here, but is there an actual shortage of bandwidth or network services that needs taking care of? The TU/e is already hosting a TER mirror which we don't even notice in day to day operation. We have both the bandwidth and server capacity to provide more services, plus we're a non-profit so no competition with commercial hosting providers. If there's anything we can do to alleviate any problems, someone please let me know!
