Hm. But these lists do not belong to the typo3.org domain. Actually, they even do not belong to punkt.de space. Try nslookup/whois, you will see that punkt.de has nothing to do with these mailing lists ;)

No need. typo3.org runs very well.

Who will pay for bandwidth? ;) Not every hoster will let you use such a large bandwidth as typo3.org and all its sites have.
