[TYPO3] Width attribute

I added an image to a tt_news category and edited the template to
display said image. On one page, everything is fine. On another, for
some unknown reason, the image has width and height attributes that
shrink the image to approximately 1/4th the size. Those attributes are
presence in both versions but in the correct version, the width and
height attributes match the dimensions. 

 

How can I:

a)       Remove the attributes altogether

b)       Display the correct attributes
