[TYPO3] best extension for filemanegement?

Hey, im looking for an frontend extension with following posibilites?

*user restriction, ex only Moderator and Admin user
*restriction difference, ex. Admin can see moderator stuff, but not the 
other way around
*easy fileuploading and naming.
*categorizing or directory manegemnt of files.

Anyone have any ideas, either for one extension, or a idea to combine 
extensions to do as mentioned above.
